Common Questions

My tree isn't appearing on the map

All twinnings are manually reviewed before appearing publicly. This usually takes 24-48 hours. We review submissions to ensure quality and appropriate content.

I can't download my certificate

Your certificate is available immediately after payment via the link on your checkout success page. It's also automatically emailed to you with the subject "Your TreeTwin Certificate is Ready! 🌳". If you've lost the link, please email us with your payment details and we'll send you a new certificate link.

Payment issues

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. If you experienced a payment issue, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the problem.

When will my real trees be planted?

Trees are planted through our partner Ecologi's verified reforestation projects. We purchase trees monthly based on approved twinnings. You can view our planting progress in our Monthly Impact Report ↗

Can I edit my twinning details?

If you need to correct your display name, tree location, or other details, please contact us with your certificate ID or tree location and we'll make the update for you.

Refund policy

All donations are final and non-refundable, as trees are committed to planting immediately. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
